Orients to host the Integra International EMEIA Conference 2027 in Riga

· 4 min

Orients Audit & Finance will host the Integra International Annual Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA) Conference for accounting and audit professionals on 10–12 June 2027 in Riga, Latvia.

For three days, accounting, audit, tax, and advisory professionals from independent firms across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa will meet in our city.

We are proud to welcome them. It is the first time the Integra EMEIA conference comes to Latvia, and we look forward to showing our colleagues what it has to offer. The timing is special for us too, in 2027 Orients celebrates its 25th anniversary, and we can think of no better way to mark it than with our partners from across the network.

An independent Latvian firm in an international association

Founded in Riga in 2002, Orients is an independent, Latvian-owned firm with a team of 20, led by three partners: two sworn auditors and a PhD in Management and Economics. Our independence and lean structure give clients direct access to decision-makers, ensuring swift, informed decisions within hours or days, without the delays of multiple management layers.

Since 2022, we have been a member of Integra International, an association of independent accounting and advisory firms. Hosting the EMEIA conference shows the trust our fellow members place in us.

Why Riga, and what it means for our clients

Riga sits at the crossroads of the Nordics, Central Europe and the CIS markets where we have worked for more than 20 years. For our clients, the conference means a stronger network behind every engagement. The partners and specialists you meet through us abroad will be people we know personally, not just names in a directory.

Three days built around three ideas

The conference is built around three ideas:

  • Connecting expertise. Specialists from member firms compare how they handle audit, tax, sustainability reporting and advisory work in their own markets.

  • Sharing knowledge. Sessions on the changes our profession faces now, from new reporting rules to digital tools. [Add confirmed programme topics]

  • Building partnership. Time to meet in person, so that the next time a client needs help abroad, we already know who to call.

See you in Riga

“Strong international partnerships are built on personal relationships and mutual trust. Meeting face to face helps us better understand our colleagues’ expertise and approach to business. For our clients, this translates into smoother cross-border cooperation, practical solutions and reliable support when entering new markets or managing international challenges. Ultimately, it is about making international business easier and more personal,” says Natālija Zaiceva, General Partner at Orients Audit & Finance.

We love our work, and we make businesses stronger. Next June, we look forward to doing it together with our colleagues from across EMEIA.
